Exhibitions & Events

 

Exhibitions and events remain an important part of brand communication, even in a digital world. As key platforms for industry exchange and innovation, they require a consistent and recognizable brand presence. These guidelines define the visual standards for trade shows, open houses, and event communication worldwide to ensure a unified appearance and protect the Haitian brand.

    Communication Levels

     

    1. Main communication level = exhibitor level

    → defines which main logo the visitor sees first

    2. Product level = brand level

    → defines where product brand logos are used when the focus is on specific machines and exhibits

      Exhibitor Level

      Event branding follows the product scope presented on site. The main logo always reflects the highest communication level and the visitor’s first brand perception.

      Haitian International as the only exhibitor

      If Haitian International is the main exhibitor and no other division is presented, the Haitian International logo must always be used as the main logo. This also applies if injection molding machines are shown together with robotics or peripheral equipment from Haitian Smart Solutions, as these solutions are considered part of today’s standard injection molding application.

      Multi-division presentations

      If products from other divisions are also presented — such as CNC machines, laser machinery, or die casting solutions — the HAITIAN logo must be used as the main logo. In this case, the event represents the broader Haitian Group portfolio and turnkey solutions.

      Product Level

      At product level, product brand logos are used wherever the focus is on a specific machine or product brand. They are typically placed on machines, exhibit displays, and product-related booth walls. 

      Product Brand Logos at Main Level

      • if the exhibits below are clearly linked to that brand
      • if the exhibition or event focuses on only one specific product brand family
      In both cases, the Haitian International logo must be displayed whenever company-related content appears on graphic walls, for example worldwide presence or manufacturing power.

       

      Logo Use for Booth Graphics

      1. Reception (if available)

      The main level logo + if possible the event slogan.

      2. Haitian International related content

      For walls or graphics with Haitian International related content, use the Haitian International logo together with the company slogan.

      3. Group related content

      For walls or graphics with Group related content, use the HAITIAN logo together with the company slogan.

      Reception = Welcome Area

      The reception is the main welcome point of the booth. The main logo must be visible in this area.
      As an exception, the HT icon may be used on the reception wall if the full main logo is already clearly shown elsewhere on the booth.
      The event slogan may be placed either on the wall graphic or on the LED screen.

       

       

      Optional: If enough space is available, “Welcome” may be displayed in multiple languages.

      Haitian International related content

      For walls or graphics with Haitian International related content, use the Haitian International logo or alternative the HT Icon.

      Group related content

      For walls or graphics with Group related content, use the HAITIAN logo together with the company slogan.

      Decoration Walls

      For walls without content we use the design elements of the company slogan and the HT Icon. Please check the graphic gallery in the download area.

      Freedom of an online post

      Traditionally, the Chinese social media team posts a countdown ahead of a major trade show. Even though our trade show theme was “Level Up!”, a post like this is still appropriate. It allows for a lot of creative freedom, but the basics were kept consistent: logo placement and background.
