Presentations
Presentations are one of Haitian’s central sales and communication tools. They are used on both company and product level and should present one clear face to the customer.
Whether used by management, sales teams or product specialists, PowerPoint slides support the speaker visually and help communicate the Haitian brand in a consistent and professional way.
If we have a real presentation situation it would be also nice
Haitian PPT Library
Haitian provides comprehensive PPT presentations in Chinese and English on company and product level. These presentations can be translated and shortened.
Here I need the latest covers for HTI company PPT, all common product series.
Creating New PPTs
The presentation system is designed to be flexible and gives sufficient room for individual content design. When creating or redesigning presentations, the following cornerstones should be respected:
-
title slide / last slide
-
logo placement
-
colors, typeface
-
imagery style → read more
-
tone of voice → read more
-
correct and aligned content
Master PPTs already include all essential CD elements and provide a range of approved layouts for different content needs.
Once I have the latest versions, I can create the fixed elements
Do
-
Work with an official and approved Haitian PPT
-
Use the English library as the basis for local adaptation
-
Keep slides clear, structured and visually consistent
-
Use slides as support for the spoken presentation
-
Focus on key messages, not full text blocks
Once I have the latest PPTs, I can create the examples for do and dont’s
Don’t
Don’t create independent presentation styles if you are talking about Haitian
Don’t change colors, fonts or layouts randomly
Don’t overload slides with too much text or fancy animations
Don’t use low-quality or undisclosed images
Brand Consistency Across Markets
Content may vary from market to market, but the visual identity should remain consistent. A Haitian presentation should be recognized as Haitian at first sight — regardless of market, product or presenter.
For rules on external partner and dealer branding, please refer to the dedicated chapter → Dealer MarCom & Sales Material.
A Good Presentation
-
Lead the story — don’t read the slide
-
Keep one slide focused on one core message
-
Speak to the audience, not to the screen
Create a successfully moment!
